Over-sized, high quality gourmet cookies, our mission is to combine tastes that you wish you could find in a cookie. A step beyond the supermarket, a world beyond your oven, we make indulging an affair to remember.
Our love of baking stemmed from a rather unlikely source. When the Chief Concoctor was growing up, her family’s lack of money at Christmas inspired her mother’s creativity. Every year, Novia worked side-by-side with her mother and sister in the kitchen baking cookies to give to friends as gifts. The three would wrap coffee cans in festive Christmas paper, line them with paper towels and fill them to the top with cookies with a bow on top of the plastic lid to top it off.
In the spirit of that upbringing, Tobie Beh’Day Concoctions®, offers you a line of delicious concoctions. From the most asked for chocolate, toffee, caramel cookie to snickerdoodles to the Texas favorite cowboy cookies, we offer a variety of cookies homemade in our kitchens. However, instead of coffee cans lined with paper towels, your gift box will be shipped to you (or the person you designate) in a signature Tobie Beh’Day gift box.
