The Chief Concoctor
Born three weeks late in the heat of the summer, Tobie Beh’Day founder and Chief Concoctor Novia Plummer has been making waves and causing a stir ever since. After graduating from Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training, Novia moved to Texas, where she worked for then Governor George W. Bush's office. A year after joining the Governor's office, she joined President George W. Bush's historical 2000 Presidential campaign. She then went on to spend three years working for his administration in D.C. After thee and a half years in D.C., Novia returned to Texas where the idea for Tobie Beh'Day Concoctions was born.
Outside of Tobie Beh'Day Concoctions, Novia is a midpack 1/2 marathoner who drives too fast, appreciates a good nap, finds her sanity in creative writing and spends her freetime serving her church and her sorority and training with her running group.
She prefers the suburbs to the city. Chooses paper over plastic and Journey was her favorite band as a kid. She's been to Vegas once, but can't tell you what happened, because of that whole "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" clause. She can often be found speeding in her car down North Texas' 121 toll road singing at the top of her lungs.
