Our research and development team got all gushy inside when they saw a picture of an old college friend's young child skipping
through a pumpkin patch looking for the perfect pumpkin. This light earthy cookie was inspired by that picture of Claire. It's like a slice of pumpkin pie on a cool winter afternoon, with walnuts added for an extra crunch.
